How much does it cost?
Flat $0.75 a square foot (of carpet that we actually clean). $150 minimum per visit. Three bedrooms and a living room cost approximately $430. Each customer receives a transparent quote before any job is booked.
How long until I can walk on it?
Four to six hours inland. Closer to eight if you are west of Sepulveda, because the marine layer keeps the humidity up, so we book beach-city jobs early. We will leave air movers running, no charge.
Can you get pet urine out?
Usually. Surface staining almost always lifts. If it has gone through into the pad or the subfloor, topical cleaning will not hold. We check for that first and tell you up front.
Do I need to move the furniture?
No, we move sofas, chairs and tables as part of the job. Just clear the breakables and electronics. We do not move pianos or beds with drawers underneath.
Do you do rental turnovers?
Yes, across the South Bay and immediate surrounding areas, often same day. Invoices are itemised by room so the deduction holds up if a tenant disputes the deposit.
Is the cleaning safe for kids and pets?
Yes. What we use is non-toxic once dry, and extraction pulls most of it back out anyway. Keep everyone off until it is dry and you are fine.
